Meditation Workshop -
This Saturday Workshop will teach you how to Meditate and give you the opportunity to write your own Meditation.
Dates: Saturday 11th September 2021. Time: 10:00AM - 13:00PM.
Price:
£45 for Saturday Workshop. Price includes free Selenite Crystal.
Runes Workshop -
This Saturday Workshop will teach you how to read the Runes and give you the opportunity to make your own Rune set.
Dates: Saturday 25th September 2021. Time: 10:00AM - 13:00PM.

Crystal Goddess Workshop -
This Saturday Workshop will introduce you to your inner Goddess through working with Crystals, the Chakras and Meditation.
Dates : Saturday 23rd October 2021. Time: 10:00AM - 15:00PM.

Bath Bombs and Bracelets -
This half-day Workshop you will have the opportunity to create your own Bath Bombs and Two Crystal Bracelets. Ideal for Christmas presents!

New Moon Meditations -
Dates: 6th September, 6th October, 4th November, 4th December.

Introduction to Crystals Workshop -
This Saturday Workshop will teach the basics of Crystal Healing. Price includes your own Crystal Chakra Set to take home.
Dates: Saturday 18th December 2021. Time: 10:00AM - 15:00PM.

Children's Crystal Club -
Beginning
Sunday 5th September, I will be running a Children's Crystal Club the first Sunday of every month. The Workshop will introduce children to the benefits of Crystals, Yoga, Meditation and Reiki.
The younger children can learn the beauty of all of these; the calmer, happier, relaxed and more confident they can become. From first day at school nerves, exam stress and family issues, the wonderful combination of all of these can and will help children to face any concerns or worries they may have.
Ages: 4 - 18.
Date and Time: First Sunday of the month, 10:00AM - 12:00PM.
Bonus Session - Sunday 31st October (Halloween Fun!)
Price: £15 Per Session.
I am fully DBS Checked. Parents are welcome to stay for the Workshops.
All Workshops are held at the Zen Den in Epsom, Surrey (Full Address given on Request).

1 : 1 Healing
Sarah provides 1 : 1 Crystal Healing, Reiki Healing and Tarot Readings. (Tarot Readings can be done remotely on FaceTime).
All Healing is non-invasive and provides deep relaxation for your mind, body and soul. Sarah will work with you to restore the proper flow of energy.
